Summary of the mission
The "Fair Vote" Observation Mission of the Federation of Youth Clubs of Armenia conducted an independent, professional, and comprehensive observation of the 2026 National Assembly elections of the Republic of Armenia across the entire territory of the country.
368 observers accredited by the Central Electoral Commission participated in the work of the observation mission, including 40 long-term and more than 300 short-term observers. The observation was carried out at all stages of the electoral process — from the pre-election period through election day, vote counting, results tabulation, and post-election developments.
All violations and alerts recorded by the mission were collected and made public in an open and transparent manner through the online platforms youthvote.live and արդարքվե.հայ, as well as via a hotline (telephone). These platforms were accessible not only to the mission's observers but to all citizens of the Republic of Armenia, providing an additional mechanism for public oversight of the electoral process.
