This significant agricultural gathering was developed as part of the broader "Rebooting the Food System" project, which aims to transform and modernize agricultural practices while promoting sustainability. For those familiar with MIJARC (International Movement of Catholic Agricultural and Rural Youth), the format resembled the popular School of Influencers activities, focusing on hands-on learning and knowledge sharing.
The fair featured an impressive array of participants, with numerous farmers and farming companies showcasing their innovations, products, and sustainable practices.
