Youth work in Youth Clubs

The Federation of Youth Clubs of Armenia promotes youth work development in youth clubs. To this end, our team undertook to create this guide "Youth Work in Youth Clubs", which will be useful for organized, non-organized groups of young people to come up with various initiatives, to establish, to run a youth club, to find resources for maintaining it. In the guide, you will also find a number of definitions on what do we mean by saying volunteering, youth work, youth worker, youth club or youth NGO.

This guide was developed during the Erasmus + Capacity Building project "Strengthening Capacities of Young Leaders and Youth Organizations for Meaningful Community Participation" (www.cymecop.eu).
